Consistently good service with meaningful explanations. They have even told me when to put off certain specified repairs noting that they are not yet necessary and they would continue to monitor during regular checks.

Jeff made the entire process so easy with being direct with what was wrong and providing me updates throughout the duration of my repair along with what was needed to make sure my vehicle was repaired fully. Great staff!

My vehicle wouldn’t start, brought it in for a diagnostic. They couldn’t find the issue but happily charged me $160, so I brought it down the road, Ended up being a faulty fuel gauge. Tank was empty. Called them back, they didn’t offer a refund and said that wasn’t part of the diagnostic. Not thrilled at all.

I’ve brought my car in a few times to get serviced. Each time, staff are friendly, fast, and do a great job. Pricing is fair, and they never try to upsell or play games. Very reliable, and I don’t have to worry about over paying.

This is one of the few trustworthy neighborhood mechanics left. I've always had a great experience. They offered me multiple options to fit my budget when I needed new tires. They fixed the cracked plastic undercarriage on my Prius for FREE even though I came in right before closing. The staff is always super friendly accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this place even if you don't live in the neighborhood.
